View All Results Committing to net zero We've committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions globally. We're decarbonising our operations and decoupling our business growth from our emissions. Our commitment includes reducing our environmental impact and driving change in key areas. 

Decarbonising our operations and supply chain  As we work to decarbonise our operations and supply chain, we are also adapting to the related risks and opportunities.

"We’re supporting our clients and suppliers to transform their businesses to decarbonise. We also recognise the importance of actively reducing the climate impact of our own operational footprint - including scope 3 emissions."

Colm Kelly,Global Corporate Sustainability Leader, PwC Our decarbonisation targets We have committed to reach net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across the value chain by FY50. 

Our near-term targets are to:

Reduce scope 1 and 2 absolute emissions by 50% from a FY19 base by FY30.

Transition to 100% renewable electricity across our network by FY30.

Reduce business travel absolute emissions by 50% from a FY19 base by FY30. 

Have 50% of the network’s purchased goods and services suppliers (by emissions) set science-based targets to reduce their own climate impact by FY25.

Our long-term target is to reduce scope 1, 2 and 3 absolute emissions by 90% from a FY19 base by FY50.

As the net zero transition progresses, sustainability issues are increasingly central to the core business challenges our clients face—whether that is managing climate risk, addressing energy demand, navigating data and regulation, financing their businesses or securing supply chains. As well as developing and scaling new services, we are embedding sustainability considerations into the core of the way we help clients protect and create value for their organisation and stakeholders.
