This cluster of learning modules is focused on the foundation of leadership - knowing, managing and leveraging oneself - and prepares individual performers for supervisory, managerial and leadership roles. Participants enhance core skills and competencies to reinforce self-awareness, optimize or enhance their leadership ‘footprint’ and improve individual efficiency and effectiveness.

Modules include:

100: Communicating with Impact (1 day) 101: Leadership Essentials (2 days) 110: Emotional Intelligence: The Cornerstone of Success (1-2 days) 120: Time Management & Personal Organization (1-2 days) 125: Stress Management: Coping Strategies & Best Practices (1 day) 130: Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making (1 day) 160: Presenting with Impact (2 + 1 days) B) Leading Others

This cluster of learning modules focuses on the ‘transition’ from individual performance to effectively leading work teams, and more specifically, creating a climate of trust and team psychological safety, reinforcing interpersonal relationships and effectively coping with team challenges and performance barriers. In this series of learning modules, participants learn how to inspire, influence, engage and develop team members to support the achievement of individual and team objectives.

500: Strategic Articulation - Defining Your Vision (1-2 days) 510: Living the Values (1 day) 520: Strategic Implementation (1-2 days) 530: Creating a High-Performance Culture (1-2 days) 540: Creating a Client-Centric Organization (1-2 days) 550: Developing Your Talent Strategy (1-2 days) 560: Leveraging & Harvesting Innovation (1 day) 570: Leadership & Succession (1 day) 580: Destructive and Toxic Leadership (1 day)  Leveraging client-specific input and aligned with organizational vision and priorities, this highly interactive series of learning modules guide, empower and support participants to evolve from self-leadership to organizational leadership roles, via formulating the essential mindset and enhancing skills, competencies and strategies to drive sustainable personal and organizational growth.

This program is not confined to a purely classroom-based participant experience. We believe that program impact is manifested during time between learning events.

Thus, this is a truly unique, client-driven leadership development program as (1) it encompasses not only global best practices on leadership but moreover (2) includes the Rapid Business Improvement (RBI) implementation platform, which ensures that learning in ‘translated’ into enhanced performance, (3) is consistently reinforced by additional individual participant coaching, mentoring and counseling and (4) ultimately measures and evaluates the ROI, on the leadership development endeavor. 

Dr Louis Neophytou Dr Louis Neophytou is currently the Founder & CEO of Influence Consulting (Greece). He is a holder of a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Durham (UK).

Prior to his current role, Dr Neophytou has spent nearly 30 years in the consulting sector, in Cyprus and Greece, in the capacity of Partner, Director and Special Advisor to Management. He has also worked for Coca-Cola 3E, as the Group Organizational Director, for Hay Group as Director, Leadership Development and for PwC Greece as a Senior Advisor on Strategy for PwC Greece.

During his consulting career, he has advised numerous organizations in the areas of Strategy, Leadership Development, Top Team Development, Organizational Diagnostics, Management Assessment, Creativity & Innovation and Talent Management. He has designed and implemented more than 1000 leadership/management development programs, working with senior executives, middle managers and supervisors.

He has an Advanced Masterclass Accreditation as an Executive Coach, with more than 900 hours of coaching, and is an accredited consultant in psychometric testing and personality profiling (British Psychological Society – Level B).

He is an expert on ‘Destructive & Toxic Leadership’ and has done extensive research on the adverse impact of CEO Narcissism on organizational outcomes, in Greek organizations.

He is also currently a Visiting Professor of Organizational Psychology at the American College of Greece (Deree).
